1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by ia777 ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C") in their entirety. These T&C constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and ia777. If you do not agree with any provision of these T&C, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

ia777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised T&C. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ia777, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ia777 is strictly an adults-only platform.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must register with accurate and truthful personal information. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not already hold an existing ia777 account. One account per player is strictly enforced.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of ia777, you must create a player account. The registration process requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

ia777 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documentation may include a copy of your National ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

Account Security

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. ia777 staff will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or phone call. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify ia777 immediately and change your password. ia777 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

ia777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these T&C, involved in fraudulent activity, or associated with money laundering. In such cases, remaining balances may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ia777 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ia777 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, payment providers may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.

Deposit Rules

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your ia777 account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit unless separately notified to the Player.
• Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• ia777 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without notice.

Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted by Players:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and verified by ia777. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• ia777 targets same-day processing for withdrawal requests submitted during standard Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ia777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, IP address, and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment methods is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• ia777 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will not be affected by mid-campaign changes, unless the promotion was fraudulently obtained.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Player's account without notice.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

ia777 may at its discretion offer personalised bonuses to individual Players based on account activity. These offers are non-transferable and may not be combined with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly permitted.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets available on the ia777 platform, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series), football, kabaddi, and all other sports:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement unless the cancellation option is explicitly provided within the bet interface.
• In the event of a match being cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the required number of overs or time has elapsed, all unsettled bets related to that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are updated in real time. ia777 is not liable for errors caused by data feed latency and reserves the right to void bets placed at manifest error odds.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. Current limits are displayed within the bet placement interface. ia777 reserves the right to limit bet amounts for any Player at its discretion.
• Any bet placed on a market that should not have been offered due to an obvious technical error or pricing error may be voided by ia777, regardless of the outcome.

7. Casino Games

All casino games offered on ia777 — including live casino tables, slot games, crash games, and fish games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by the Player or by ia777. All game results are final once the round is completed.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game round — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — the affected round will be voided and any stake placed during the affected round will be returned to the Player's account. ia777 is not liable for any winnings that would have been generated from a voided round.

8. Responsible Gaming

ia777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits may only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure alerts to notify them when a gaming session reaches a specified duration.
• Time-out: Players may apply a temporary account suspension (time-out) of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the Player cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Players who feel that gambling has become a problem may request permanent self-exclusion from ia777. Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, it cannot be reversed. To request self-exclusion, contact ia777 support via live chat.

• Opening multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person without authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploit abuse will be voided.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other Players, match-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation to influence betting outcomes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ia777 platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and promotional material — is the exclusive intellectual property of ia777 or its content licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of ia777.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ia777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ia777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ia777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ia777 makes no representations regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of any content on the Platform.

12. Amendments to Terms

ia777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. Where the changes are material, ia777 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via SMS or account notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated T&C. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
